Microwave-oven
Oh man I am so hungry, lets have dinner. Oh, but the food is cold. So lets microwave. This is a new member of our family. Means every family must have one in their kitchen. If not it becomes a big prestige issue. People are like, ‘Oh my God, you don’t have a microwave oven.’ Hearing to this people feel as if they don’t have a Lung to breath.  And very next day one appears in the kitchen. Newly shopped.
So, such a Prestigious Cooking mate. Not in my home yet, because of my Mother’s firm decision. “No microwave”. Many times People poke saying, “Can’t Doctor afford a Microwave??? Don’t want to spend??? Hhaaaa hhaaaa hhaaaa hhaaaa…….” And my mother says, “I would spend some time instead.”
Well, most of the times people don’t get the meaning of what it means. What to do, they haven’t seen this oven beyond a sign of status. How could they know there are side effects!
Microwaves are extremely fast invisible waves. These were first used by Nazi Germans to cook food for their troops in Second World War. These waves use the water molecule in the food substance. When the waves move across the food substance, the water molecules within the food vibrates at incredible speeds, creating molecular friction which is responsible for the heating of the food. And this is amazingly fast.
After Nazis, America and Russia started experiments on effect of Microwaves on food. The study was stopped in America which was necessary for the new invention. Instead, the Russians decided to tackle the issue with extreme force. For 20 years they conducted extensive research on microwaves and their effect on almost all sorts of food items. In the end, when they gave conclusion………The results were staggering enough to lead to a ban of the Microwave ovens in the Soviet Union.
WHY?????????

Few Points about what these waves do to food and what such food does to body——–
1- Microwave ovens reduce the amount of water in the food.

2- The amount of water in a food item is not uniform throughout in it. So it doesn’t get heated uniformly. 

3- Along with the water, many nutrients are lost from the food.

4- The structure of the water molecules are torn apart and vigorously deformed. This is much different than any other method of cookin. 

5- Life Energy of food is depleted.

6- Elevates Cholesterol levels.

7- Decreases Red blood cell levels

8- Decreases Haemoglobin levels
9- Causes Microwave sickness which has various symptoms like Impaired cognition, Nausea, Vision problems, Depression and irritability, Weakened immunity, Headache, Dizziness, Insomnia or sleep disturbance Frequent urination and extreme thirst.
10- Also Carcinogenic substances (substance causing cancer) were formed from the microwaving of nearly all foods tested.
Displaying of status may push you in some critical condition, because once bought, one tends to use it one or other way. Don’t make an excuse of saving time, because later you may not have time to save.
