​Fourth Month Garbhini Paricharya…!!!

As the First trimester completed, then the safest zone of of preganacy started..
Your baby bump will definitely begin to show. It’s one of the most enjoyable stages of pregnancy, when you’ll discover that you’re the center of attention wherever you go.
Regarding food habbit…!!
Most importantly, remember not to skip meals or go without food for more than four hours, in order to prevent nausea, heartburn, fatigue and tiredness. It is recommended to eat 5 to 6 light and healthy meals daily. 
How is your 2 nd trimester …
A glass of water in morning ..
A glass of low-fat milk…Or Unsalted Butter called Navneet mix  1 TSP in Milk..
1 1/2 cup of whole-wheat breakfast cereals, Or wheat Chapati And Green Vegetables
Or Apple../ Banana
At 11 Am..Salads Cucumber or Tomotoes.Or Banana.
Lunch 1 pm
Green gram + Rice  khichadi

Green vegetables.. soup.. Or 

For Non Vegetarian..Mutton soup..with Ghee and Dhaniya.( Coriander)

Green Vegetables

And 1 Cup butter milk with Coriander..
5 Pm
Friuts/ Salads or Dry Fruits
 Salads..lemon,Orange,Melon,beetroot,Carrots, Cabbage,Tomatoes etc.
Lemon,it’s recommended that you include a vitamin C-rich food (lemon, orange, melon, broccoli, green pepper…) in your meal. This is because vitamin C has been shown to increase the absorption of iron from legumes and vegetables. 


Dry fruits..

Dates etc.
Avoid Sweets…rather can use dryfruits..
(half hour..)Before Dinner
Vegetables soup like Spinach or Red Carrots Soup..1 Cup.
With Same as Lunch but little lighter than lunch with kheer of wheat..sometimes.
At Night 

With Cup of Milk with medicated  Ghee.
To avoid Vomiting women should not keep stomach empty..,keep eating.. In every four hour.!!

Fourth Month Medicine

With Medicated Ghee Milk.

With Required all be done under Supervisions.
Pranayam and Exercise..!!

1.Breathing Exercises..

   A.Yog Breathing
2.Neck Exercise.
All Pranayam and Asana Should be done under Experts Observation..,Do Not Try by urself untill you understand and learned Properly.
Every Pranayam and breathing exercises should be done calmly,breathing Of inhalation..and Explanation should be slowly ,Sound less breathing..!!
Music Therapy can be effective from this onwards..
Weekly one hour of a Music…whatever mother liked..or Raga..or spiritual lectures..should keep mother happy,Confident and stress Free..
